Professor Lawson, who is the chief of Cardiology Division and Invasive Cardiology Unit in State University of New York at Stony Brook, has been a pioneer in the design and conduct of most of the clinical studies and thereby in the documantation of the safety and efficacy of EECP treatment in USA, since 1990’s.
During my first visit to Stony Brook in 2004 and at subsequent meetings, I had the chance to get benefit from his valuable knowledge and experiences in EECP.
